If, for any reason, your credit card company declines or otherwise refuses to pay the amount owed for the service you have purchased, you agree that we may, at our option, suspend or terminate delivery of order and may require you to pay any overdue amounts incurred (including third-party chargeback fees or penalties) by other means acceptable to us.In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney fees and other legal expenses.
  4. Booking reservations through the Site may be subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel or the supplier or other terms and conditions that are presented to you at the time of purchase.
  5. In the event of a " transaction denial" to a credit card company and refund by a credit card company, to customer who received the service, the Site or anyone on his behalf will be entitled to claim compensation.
  6. After booking a reservation, the Website will send a number of messages to the customer, including confirmation of the reservation, receipt, information about the reservation and more.The Site reserves the right to forward the messages in any means of communication, by e-mail or text message.
  7. All International taxes and additional fees associated with the services will apply to the customer and the customer will have no complaint on the matter.

  1.   CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. Request for refund, exchange or cancellation of an order will be submitted to the Site by the customer in one of the ways stated at the bottom of this Terms and Conditions.
  2. The cancellation policy will be according to the cancellation policy of the hotel or the supplier.
  1. In case of a non-refundable policy, please be advised that the reservation is non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled, changed or modified in any way, including date changes.
    If you need to cancel or make any changes, you will not get any money back, and 100% cancellation fees are applicable.
    These policies are enforced by the hotel or the supplier, and we cannot make any changes to these cancellation terms.
  2. In case of a no show, please be advised that 100% cancellation fees are applicable.

Please be advised that in case the website discovers or suspects that a reservation made under the 'FREE CANCELLATION' rate, contrary to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and for non-personal purposes, including but not limited to reservations at the request of another party, test reservations, room blocking (making reservations at multiple hotels for the same dates), reservations without a genuine intention to use or for non-leisure purposes, reservations made by a user whose website usage history indicates a higher-than-average cancellation rate, reservations made through a VPN in an attempt to conceal the user's identity, and the like, the website reserves the right to take action, at its sole discretion, in accordance with the detailed provisions below:
  1. Charging you for all expenses incurred by the website for the transaction, including transaction fees or taxes
  2. Charging you the full charge of the entire transaction amount;
  3. Termination or suspension of your rights to use the website.

The Company does not provide the services offered for purchase by the hotels.Therefore, all responsibility for the services, including the quality of the services, their features applies to the hotel only, and any claim and/or demand and/or request should be against the hotel and/or the supplier.
  8. The Site recommends that users should behave as intelligent and careful customers, and read carefully the information displayed on the Site, including the information in relation to the service itself, its description and suitability, as described on the Site.

The provision of the service will be possible subject to the sole discretion of the site and the site will not be responsible for any delay in the provision of the Services and/or non-provision of the Services, as a result of force majeure and/or technical faults and/or incidents beyond its control, such as epidemic, war, strike, acts of sabotage, disturbances to public order, act or omission of a third party or restrictions imposed by it, laws, regulations, orders or other governmental provisions, security restrictions, epidemic, closure etc.
